REFUND & SERVICE CREDIT POLICY

1. Digital Service Nature

Review Sharing Club provides access to a digital, subscription-based online service.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that the Service is delivered immediately upon activation and does not involve the shipment of physical goods.


2. No Automatic Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer automatic refunds for subscription purchases, unused tokens, or remaining subscription time.

Once access to the Service has been granted, the subscription is considered active and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.


3. Service Availability and Downtime

We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Service.

In the event of a significant service disruption, technical failure, or prolonged downtime that prevents normal use of the Service, users may be eligible for service compensation, subject to review.

Compensation may include, at our discretion:

  • extension of the subscription period

  • issuance of additional tokens or credits

  • other reasonable service-level adjustments

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.


4. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period, and access to the Service will remain available until the end of the active subscription term.


5. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund or compensation requests in cases of:

  • misuse or abuse of the Service

  • violation of the Terms and Conditions

  • attempts to exploit refund or compensation policies

  • excessive or repeated claims without valid technical justification


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension or termination.

We encourage users to contact support to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute.


7. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services once performance has begun with the user’s prior consent.

By purchasing a subscription and accessing the Service, you expressly consent to immediate service delivery and acknowledge that you may lose the statutory right of withdrawal.
